Basic Regulations of the MLU

In its basic regulations of 19.01.2022, § 2 states that no one may be discriminated against in the university or in access to its services because of gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, because of a disability or chronic illness, because of social situation or origin, for political, religious, ideological, racist or other reasons equivalent to those mentioned.

Gender Monitor 2021

MLU Gender Monitor (2021)

MLU has published a gender monitor for 2021. MLU's first Gender Monitor serves to communicate and visualize the university's gender-specific status quo and for controlling purposes. It addresses gender equality stakeholders, people involved in planning, management and implementation processes as well as those interested in gender equality within and outside the university. MLU strives to map and make visible the four gender dimensions (male, female, diverse, unspecified) that have been recorded to date.
